- Pre-booked Rides: For pre-booked services, please ensure you allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control.
- On-Demand Services: For on-demand taxi services, waiting times may vary. We will endeavour to dispatch a vehicle as quickly as possible.
3. Pricing and Payments
Fares for our services are determined by distance, time, and service type. Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, cleaning fees, or special requests. All applicable charges will be communicated to you where possible.

4. Passenger Conduct
While using our services, you are expected to conduct yourself respectfully. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to safety or demonstrates unacceptable conduct.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or members of your party.
- Children must be appropriately seated and supervised. It is your responsibility to provide suitable child restraints if required.
5. Parcel Delivery Service
Our parcel delivery service is for legal, non-hazardous, and non-perishable items that can be safely transported in a taxi. You must accurately declare the contents and value of any parcel.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any item deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or illegal.
- We are not liable for loss or damage to parcels beyond a specified insurance limit, which can be provided upon request.
6. Lost Property
While our drivers endeavour to check vehicles after each journey, Southern Cross Cabs is not responsible for items left behind in our vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your journey. Found items will be held for a reasonable period, after which they may be disposed of.
7. Limitation of Liability
Southern Cross Cabs will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience that may arise from using our services, except where prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, missed connections, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

The content, trademarks, and logos associated with Southern Cross Cabs are the exclusive property of Southern Cross Cabs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
